24 And Jehu drew a bow with his full strength, and smote Jehoram between his arms, and the arrow went out at his heart, and he sunk down in his chariot.

(There are many ways Witchcraft can be practiced by the Saints of God and not be mindful of the dangers involved or the effects it has on the Body of Christ.  This is so common among the Pentecostal Body.)

How Does Jesus Impart These Things To Us Now?

(By this we see that the whole plan, will, and purpose of God is given, or transmitted, to man by and through the Holy Ghost accordingly as the need arises.)

12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

35 And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.

(Aaron’s sons, Nadab and Abihu died because they offered strange fire before God, but Eleazar and Ithamar continued as priests.)

(Levi was one of the sons of Jacob, who was later called Israel.  Jacob was the son of Isaac, and Isaac was the son of Abraham.  This Levitical Priesthood continued throughout the Old Testament.)

(Therefore John was of that blood line, and John was also born with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother’s womb.) 

Luke 1:13-15 

13 But the angel said unto him, Fear not, Zacharias: for thy prayer is heard; and thy wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt call his name John. 

14 And thou shalt have joy and gladness; and many shall rejoice at his birth. 

15 For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother’s womb. 

Luke 1:36 

36 And, behold, thy cousin Elisabeth, she hath also conceived a son in her old age: and this is the sixth month with her, who was called barren. 

(Jesus Christ also inherited this natural blood line because Mary was the cousin of Elizabeth.) 

The New Testament Brings A New Covenant 

(What was done in the Old Testament in the natural is done in the New Testament by the Holy Ghost in the true believers.)  

Heb 8:1-2 

1 Now of the things which we have spoken this is the sum: We have such an high priest, who is set on the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens; 

2 A minister of the sanctuary, and of the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, and not man. 

(We are that true tabernacle, because we now house the Holy Ghost – those who are His  true believers, those who are born of the water and of the Spirit.) 

I Cor 3:16 

16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? 

Everything Is Now Under The New Covenant 

Jer 31:31 

31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: 

Heb 8:8 

8 For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah: 

Heb 8:13 

13 In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away. 

Now Jesus Is Our High Priest 

(Jesus is the mediator between God and Man.  In the Old Testament the Levites were high priests and spoke to God for the congregation.) 

Heb 9:11 

11 But Christ being come an high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building; 

Heb 9:15 

15 And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance. 

Heb 9:24 

24 For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us: 

Heb 9:28 

28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation. 

Heb 2:17 

17 Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for  the sins of the people. 

Heb 3:1 

1 Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and  High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus; 

Heb 4:14-16 

14 Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. 

15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. 

16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. 

Heb 5:1-5 

1 For every high priest taken from among men is ordained for men in things pertaining to God, that he may offer both gifts and sacrifices for sins: 

2 Who can have compassion on the ignorant, and on them that are out of the way; for that he himself also is compassed with infirmity. 

3 And by reason hereof he ought, as for the people, so also for himself, to offer for sins. 

4 And no man taketh this honour unto himself, but he that is called of God, as was Aaron. 

5 So also Christ glorified not himself to be made an high priest; but he that said unto him, Thou art my Son, to day have I begotten thee. 

Heb 5:9-10 

9 And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him; 

10 Called of God an high priest after the order of Melchisedec. 

Heb 6:20 

20 Whither the forerunner is for us entered, even Jesus, made an high priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec. 

Heb 7:20-24 

20 And inasmuch as not without an oath he was made priest: 

21 (For those priests were made without an oath; but this with an oath by him that said unto him, The Lord sware and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec:) 

22 By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament. 

23 And they truly were many priests, because they were not suffered to continue by reason of death: 

24 But this man, because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood. 

Heb 10:19-22 

19 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, 

20 By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh; 

21 And having an high priest over the house of God; 

22 Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. 

Heb 13:11-12 

11 For the bodies of those beasts, whose blood is brought into the sanctuary by the high priest for sin, are burned without the camp. 

12 Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate. 

We Are Also Made Priests 

(We are made priests through the infilling of the Holy Ghost which sanctifieth our tabernacle.) 

I Cor 6:11 

11 And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God. 

Rev 1:5-6 

5 And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, 

6 And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. 

I Pet 2:5 

5 Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ. 

I Pet 2:9 

9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light: 

John 8:58 

58 Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.

Phil 2:9-10

(This is the only name by which we are saved.)
